you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
items must be:
- unworn
- in original condition
- returned with original packaging

non-returnable items
the following items cannot be returned:
- custom pieces
- items that show signs of wear
refunds
once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
shipping costs are non-refundable.
exchanges
exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
damaged items
if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
